Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Elite Protection & Tactical Training Standards

At Modern Ronin Academy, we operate at the highest tier of professional readiness. To ensure seamless operational execution, elite staffing allocation, and maximum discretion for all clients, we strictly enforce the following booking, cancellation, and operational policies. By finalizing your appointment or scheduling a private security consultation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Private Training Sessions & Certification Courses

In-Home Training: When booking an NRA Home Defense instructor to come directly to your home or private facility, a secure site verification must be completed prior to the session.
Prerequisites: For intermediate and advanced firearms tactical training, participants must provide proof of foundational proficiency or a valid CCW/CWL license.
Materials & Equipment: Students are responsible for reviewing specific course gear requirements (e.g., ammunition counts, everyday carry gear, or medical supplies) sent via confirmation email prior to the class start time.

2. Code of Conduct & Safety Protocols

Zero Tolerance Safety Policy: For all firearms, combatives, and tactical training, safety is our absolute priority. Instructors and Range Safety Officers (RSOs) hold ultimate authority. Any student demonstrating unsafe behavior, negligence, or failure to follow commands will be immediately removed from the training grid without a refund.
Identification Verification: All participants registering for certified professional modules (such as ASP Certification, TECC, or Firearms courses) must present valid government-issued identification upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Because our vetted instructors and tactical protection agents are deployed specifically to your coordinate pin, scheduling requires dedicated operational planning.
Standard Training Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled class or private training session will receive a full refund or course credit.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows without prior written notification will forfeit the entire booking fee.
